Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program
Keeping parents and their babies healthy is the goal of the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program. WIC is a federally funded, state run program that supports the nutritional well being of pregnant people, new parents, and children up to age 5.To get started, ask your healthcare provider to complete the WIC Medical Referral Form or connect with our team directly.

Who is Eligible?
You may qualify if you are:
• Pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum
• An infant or child up to age 5
• A parent, guardian, or caregiver of a child under 5
To qualify, you must:
• Live in New York State
• Meet income guidelines
You do not need to be a U.S. citizen to apply.
