We attend health fairs and community events throughout the year across the communities we serve. Our team provides access to healthcare resources, preventive care education, and disease management support. We also offer educational presentations for community groups, organizations, churches, and schools.

How to Submit a Request
Please complete the form below and click “Send” to request participation. All programs and presentations are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
A member of our Communications & Public Affairs team will review your request and notify you once it has been approved. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
