How to Sign Up
To set up your Patient Portal access, you MUST provide your e-mail address when you register at the registration desk.
You will receive an e-mail from Addabbo confirming your request, giving you a temporary password and linking you to the Patient Portal website, where you will be asked to set up your new password.
After you set up your user name and password, you will be linked to the Patient Portal.
Mobile App
For your convenience, you can access your medical records and health information via your iPhone/iPad or Android device. You can download the “HEALOW” app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.If you have any questions, you can call (718)-945-7150 during normal business hours.
