Teneesha Stevenson-Ash, FNP-BC

Teneesha Stevenson-Ash is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in cardiology, critical care, emergency nursing, and patient education. Her experience combines advanced practice nursing with years of bedside care for patients with complex and high-acuity medical needs.

Stevenson-Ash completed her Family Nurse Practitioner education at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In her advanced practice role within the Cardiology Division at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, she has performed wellness examinations, evaluated and diagnosed illness, prescribed appropriate medications, counseled patients, and collaborated with primary care and specialty physicians in the management of high-risk patients.

Her nursing background includes intensive and emergency care involving cardiac events, stroke, trauma, telemetry, ventilators, and other complex clinical needs. She has also served as an adjunct nursing clinical instructor. Stevenson-Ash brings strong clinical judgment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a commitment to patient education and quality care.
