Schevaughn Carr-Celestine, FNP-C, AAHIVM

Schevaughn Carr-Celestine is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, acute care, women's health, chronic disease management, and HIV care. Her clinical background spans care for patients from newborn through older adulthood and reflects a strong commitment to prevention, education, and coordinated community-based healthcare.

Carr-Celestine earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner studies and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. She is a New York State certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Professional Nurse and holds credentialing through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Her professional experience includes longstanding service in community health, where she has provided primary and acute care, developed treatment plans, connected patients with specialty providers and community resources, and served as a clinical preceptor.
