Kimberley Augustin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Kimberley Augustin, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center (JPAFHC), where she has served since 2018. With a background spanning primary care, nursing education, and hospital-based nursing, Augustin brings more than a decade of nursing experience to her work caring for individuals and families.

Augustin earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing, where her scholarly work focused on evidence-based stress management techniques to reduce nurse burnout. She holds a Master of Nursing Science from Pace University and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Adelphi University.

Prior to joining JPAFHC, Augustin served as a registered nurse with BronxCare Health System and as a clinical nurse instructor at the College of New Rochelle. She is licensed in New York as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Her clinical experience, combined with her doctoral research on stress management and nurse burnout, informs her commitment to promoting health, wellness, and evidence-based care for the patients and communities she serves.
