Eutris Clarke, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Eutris Clarke is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of healthcare experience and a strong background in primary, urgent, community, and public health care. She is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered services to diverse populations across the lifespan.

Clarke earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Lehman College, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her clinical experience includes managing acute and chronic conditions, performing well-care examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, administering immunizations, coordinating referrals, and providing preventive health education.

Her professional background also includes community outreach and care for underserved and marginalized pediatric and adult populations. Clarke emphasizes prevention, health promotion, patient education, and collaboration across the care team.
