Carol Williams is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience and a strong background in primary care, emergency medicine, case management, and patient education. Her clinical approach emphasizes prevention, care coordination, patient engagement, and management of both routine and urgent health needs.
Williams earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lehman College. Her advanced practice experience includes providing primary care at Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, where she performs routine health assessments, promotes preventive services, initiates treatment, interprets laboratory results, prescribes medications, coordinates specialty referrals, and provides urgent care services.
Her nursing career also includes emergency care for adult, pediatric, and behavioral health patients, as well as case management experience in hospital, home-based, and hospice settings. Williams is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She brings extensive clinical experience and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
