Brooklyn, NY – The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center is thrilled to announce the return of Dr. Sophia Morisseau DeCambre, MD, as a community Pediatrician based at our Brooklyn facility. A deeply respected pediatrician and proud Brooklyn native, Dr. DeCambre rejoins JPA after serving the Morris Heights Health Center community since 2021. Dr. DeCambre brings over 14 years of experience in pediatric care and an enduring passion for serving families with empathy, excellence, and a personal touch that has earned her admiration throughout the communities where she’s served.

A SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine graduate, Dr. DeCambre has devoted herself to pediatric medicine. This passion was cultivated even in her early years growing up in Flatbush. She has participated in global medical missions in Honduras and Haiti, underscoring her commitment to underserved communities and holistic care.
