A strategic leader and visionary, Mrs. Hastick-Motes is dedicated to establishing opportunities that address health disparities, fostering impactful stakeholder relationships and driving transformative initiatives that builds capacity to address strategic organizational goals which impacts community well-being.

A passionate educator, Mrs. Hastick-Motes is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University, where she teaches graduate courses in nonprofit advocacy and communications. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Marketing from Notre Dame College of Ohio. Recognized with numerous awards, Mrs. Hastick-Motes is an active leader in several community and professional organizations.
