Pediatric patients at the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center were surprised by an unannounced visit by Ding a Ling, The Magical Clown. Mr. Ding a Ling and his assistant, sponsored by Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield delighted children of all ages (and their parents) with balloon animals, balloon bracelets, tattoos, face painting and of course, lots of laughter.
