Members of the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center’s Behavioral Health Services team participated in a very well attended Community Health Fair in Baisley Pond Park sponsored by the Sickle Cell Awareness Foundation Corp. Int’l. Lisa Simon, LCSW-R, LNHA, Director of Behavioral Health Services at Addabbo, was so pleased to have talked to so many people. “So many of the attendees took literature and spoke to us about the BHS program at Addabbo not only for themselves, but for family members as well,” said Simon. “It was a very good day in the community.”
Also present were members of the Addabbo Ryan White Outreach team and the WIC Outreach team.
