Thanks to the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center and its community partnership with New York Cares – THE WAY TO VOLUNTEER. it will be a warm winter for many. More than 109,000 donated coats were delivered to people who needed them this year throughout the City; over 300 given away at Addabbo alone from its Site 2 location.
“My children will be so warm and happy this year,” said one recipient of coats for her children. “They are beautiful coats and we really needed them. The kids are so excited!”

Members of Addabbo’s Marketing Department sorted through the 300 new and gently used coats and took charge of the giveaway program.
