As part of National Health Center Week, the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center hosted its annual Legislative Breakfast. Highlighting the event was the on-site walkthrough of the new Addabbo Expansion project currently on schedule to open in early 2020. The elected officials got a first-hand look at how the monies from their respective capital budgets are being spent on this groundbreaking effort to improve the healthcare for their constituents.
“It is always an honor to serve our community but what a special honor to walk through the new Addabbo construction with our elected officials and board members! In 2020, we will open a larger and technogically advanced new building,” says Dr. Marjorie Hill, CEO. “The expanded Addabbo Center will provide increased capacity for the comprehensive medical care needed by the Rockaway community. We are grateful for the support of these legislators.”
